During his lecture, Sava Dalbokov, a member of Steiermärkische Bank Steering Committee and Savings Bank AG in Graz, explained through the song and story to the participants the importance of the work of managers with their employees through coaching.

In the second part of the conference, the participants had the opportunity to learn more about the different approaches through 3 interactive workshops, apply psychometrics in processing, and the results achieved in the world so far, and why it is important for professionals to participate in their successful coaching professionalisation.

The final part of the conference turned to the scientific approach of coaching where the participants had the opportunity to learn more about the brains functions and how science can support coaching in the lecture of Amy Brann, an English expert in neuroscience.
