Group coaching is dedicated to companies that want to include more employees in individual coaching, but, because of lack of internal coaches or resources, they are not available to organise it separate for each individual.   


  • Group coaching is conducted as a group session where each individual works on its own goals.
  • After having questions successively given by the coach, individuals respond in written form, everyone for themselves.
  • Participants have the possibility to ask the questions related to the process, but cannot ask anything related to the content of their sessions.

Expected outcome:

More employees are included in coaching process which leads to more engagement of individuals and better organisational climate.
